Irvine BMW

This was the second dealer I visited. The first dealer led me through a two day ordeal, in which the interest rate, price and terms changed faster than your head will spin, and I walked away.

I just bought my first BMW from here. I had exceptional service from every member of the staff. The store is beautiful, easy to access from the 405 and has late hours which is great for us worker-bees. I worked with Edmund Cronin and Paul Skinner, both were amazing and assured me I was apart of the Irvine BMW family.

Thanks guys for EVERYTHING! Buying a car can be so scary, but with Irvine BMW (Edmund & Paul) I never felt pushed, rushed or confused. They explained everything and I know I have people I can trust for years to come. Take a look around the dealership and you are sure to run into a manager or two, they are always out shaking hands and welcoming customers. This place has obviously gotten bad reviews in its past, but rest assure that Irvine BMW is amazing and you will be taken care of.

I've purchased cars at other Orange County dealerships and I was very pleased with my experience at Irvine BMW. My salesman was Haoie Luc and he treated me with respect. He listened to me and then answered all my questions. There were no surprises and no bait and switch. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid. Very cool. I would recommend Irvine BMW to my friends.

I just purchased my BMW on Saturday 6/7/08. I came from out of town and visited two other BMW shops. These guys gave me the best deal and best service. I totally recommend them. I went to Crevier BMW and they we awefully arrogant and not willing to deal when needed. TIP: All shoppers of pre-owned BMW's should buy certified BMW's because they include a factory warranty!!! consider that if you're buying from a non BMW shop because it cost about $3400 additional for a good warranty coverage. Also buy the maintenance package because it pays for itself within 30k driven miles. Enjoy life:)
